Asus Epad Slider

Tablet + Slide keyboard = Eee pad Slider
Review By Marc Zee
You have probably realized by now that to some extent, tablet computers are limited. When you look at the big picture, you will realize that they are nothing but touchscreen handsets on size XL but worse because most of them will not let you make calls. This is why it’s refreshing to find tablet computers that offer versatility. One of these is the Asus Epad Slider. Ready to know more about this handset, read up on my Asus Epad Slider review right here.

First off, let’s take a look at the design of this Asus tablet. Any Asus Epad Slider review you will read will mention that the way this tablet is built is where it offers versatility. I agree. This tablet has two halves, with the touchscreen panel sitting on top of the keyboard deck. The top panel looks like your typical tablet display. It measures 10.1 inches and has brilliant quality. It’s certainly sensitive and performs beautifully. When you grab the top part of the touchscreen panel, you reveal the keyboard. This is where the slider bit of the name comes. Giving you the convenience of netbooks, this Android tablet can certainly prove to be very useful.

Other great things about this device that we liked when we did this Asus Epad Slider review are the fantastic Android support, fast processor, and the multi-media features. Some apps that you will find amazing to use are Amazon Kindle and the Polaris office. As far as entertainment goes, this tablet will not disappoint. Audio is pretty decent and the HD videos are simply brilliant. With its great connectivity, you will find this tablet a good replacement for both your mobile phone and clunky laptop at home.

As for the cons, I can only mention the weight and the fact that the keyboard feels a bit cramped. But really, you will get used to the keyboard soon after opening the box.
